The location was good right in the centre of town, and had everything you needed. In fact, the property was near splendid park, central leamingtons library, and all the shops and restaurants. The room was nice, nevertheless the bed was small. We cooked breakfast couple times, a microwave oven, an electric kettle, and a fridge were available. It was protected with smoke detectors.

It was located in a central area right in the centre of the town. I appreciated the host who runs the place.

We recently stayed at Regent Place Luxury Serviced in Leamington Spa for a short weekend getaway. The location was perfect, just a quick walk into town. The shower was impressively powerful and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We were pleased to find a well-maintained cot for our toddler, along with extra blankets. our stay was fantastic and we would definitely choose Regent Place again.

The location is ideal, just a short walk into town, close to the Parade, the river, and a beautiful park. the apartment itself is clean, spacious, and comfortable. the bed is super comfy and the shower is powerful. the kitchen is well-equipped and there is a cot provided for toddlers. On-site parking is available as well.

There are no blinds in the bathroom, which could be a privacy concern for some.

I had a wonderful stay at Regent Place Luxury Serviced. the communication for access, parking, and facilities was clear and very helpful. the apartment was exceptionally clean, which was important for my friend who has limited mobility. the double bed in the bedroom and comfortable sofa bed, along with the fully equipped kitchen, made for a fantastic experience. the location was also great, being near the Parade and within walking distance of restaurants, bars, shops, and the railway station. I appreciated the parking permit, and any queries were promptly responded to. the powerful shower and comfortable bed added to the overall satisfaction. I would definitely stay here again.

I recently stayed at Regent Place Luxury Serviced in Leamington Spa for a work trip. The location was perfect, being close to the Parade. The apartment was spacious, clean, and had a well-equipped kitchen. The bedroom had a comfortable bed, and the living room was a nice space. The owner was very responsive when there was a minor issue with the wifi code and TV. a great stay.

The staff were responsive and helpful, providing helpful video clips and quick responses to any queries.

One small improvement could be offering a breakfast option with more variety.
